Troubleshooting Guide
Card not being detected? +
Check if NFC is enabled in settings. For iPhones, ensure you are tapping the top edge of the phone. For Android, tap the center of the back.
Phone is in a metal case? +
Metal interferes with NFC signals. Try removing the case or using a non-metallic case.
Screen is locked? +
Most phones require the screen to be awake (and often unlocked) to read an NFC tag for security reasons.
Wrong location on Android? +
Android NFC chips vary by model. Try moving the card slowly across the middle of the back until it vibrates.
